Introduction
I created Law Offices Gentilli in February, 1994. The firm is known for its unique Product Liability Loss Control Program. As a Litigation Attorney, I have represented Companies in over 300 product liability lawsuits/claims world-wide including Bell Auto Racing in Ayrton Senna’s fatal accident. As an International Business Strategist, I have represented clients in negotiating and drafting of virtually the entire spectrum of agreements including, but not limited to, mergers and acquisitions, distribution agreements, licensing agreements and sponsorship contracts of, among others, Michael Schumacher, Valentino Rossi, John Kocinski and Alessandro Petacchi.
My Mission
Since its birth, Law Offices Gentilli has been successful in creating a very special kind of attorney-client relationship based on a unique capacity to understand different languages and business cultures and, thus, bridge the gap between European Companies and their US partners. My mission is to take a pro active approach and alert my clients to new opportunities in which their legal rights can be exploited on a commercial level in order to further enhance their value.
